• Trafford Resources (TRF), Mkt Cap $33.2m, Cash $7m. The company provided an update on its South Australia Iron Ore JV with Ironclad. The project will be in production this year and through TRF's 31.1% ownership of Ironclad and 20% free carry on the project significant cashflow will be generated for the company going forward. TRF will be self-funded to aggressively explore a diverse suite of multi commodity projects in South Australia as well as reinvesting in the capital expansion on its iron ore interests. Priority regional targets are 1) Wilcherry Hill prospect which has had significant geophysical work and scout drilling completed and is prospective for Au-Cu-Fe and Au-Ag-Pb-Zn associations of mineralisation and 2) Telephone Dam is prospective for base metals which if developed could be processed at the nearby Port Pierre smelter. The company as a total landholding of 5000km2 and has identified good potential for skarn, epithermal and IOCG style deposits in regional targets.
