It's a fact of life, the share market will follow the property market, I'm just unsure when to pull the plug on the sharemarket. It's already showing cracks at the moment.
Once the 'Official' announcement of this housing collapse occurs, you generally have 4 months to convert your shares to cash.
My prediction is that this announcement will occur Q3 2011 and you'd better put those sell orders in prior to December 31.
Until then sell property, hold blue chips and buy specs.
