for a while it looked as we can just keep buying houses, painting them and selling them to each others for 30% profits!
apart from, of course, 200 thou miners which did something other than...
but that was reasonable, wasn't it?
(as long as the banks were allowing it !)
now...it seems as many don't know what to do !
