2 Billion in the developed world have access to sufficient funds to buy relenza.
That means we need 1 billion doses of Relenza for the 50/50 split (already referred to by US Govt - maybe higher).
190 million doses a year just dosn't allow us to get anywhere near the 1 Billion doses which may be demanded if it all gets much worse.
