Thought you would like that Joy66, I can hear you laughing from here!! Doesn't hurt to lighten up once in awhile while the wait goes on.

'At the 29 November 2014 AGM the Directors of ARL determined that a one (1) cent distribution would be made to shareholders once fee cash was above $10m. The cash at bank is currently circa $14M. Accordingly, ARL is currently in process of preparing to make this distribution, subject to receiving a private ruling form the ATO as to its classification as capital.'

I wonder how long the ATO will take to sort the above?
