This is an excellent announcement, this could be very big depending on who we're working with on this.
This is a question out of an email I sent Nick last year.
Is Tencate still in the running for the military contract?
His answer.
" Tencate is still the fabric supplier for the Army. Effectively what has
happened is that we have replaced the FR provider they were working with,
hence they are now working with us. Tencate are s*#t scared right now,
because they have no comparable product. They have engaged with us and
want everything for us. To be honest, we really don¹t need them, and the
more they want us, the harder they will fight for us, and them leverage we
have."
If Alexium are talking about Tencate in this announcement it is a massive achievement, if you don't know much about Tencate I surgest you look at there website and see what other markets they supply apart from the defence sector.
The workwear sector for these guys is massive alone, we could actually be getting into making FR, DWR, clothing for the firies through this collaboration.
