Your right, some mining companies want a certain quota of aborigines and if your not aboriginal, you wont get the job, spot on, imagine if a mining company said only white can work here, HA HA it would be front page news on every media outlet on earth that a racist Australian company only wants to hire white workers, but if they put out adds saying we want aboriginal workers, everyone claps and applauds, amazing.
