I love greenie bashing by the concrete jungle gorillas. There's no informed debate just rampant rejection of the environment as a legitament component of our lives.
The Bendigo Advertiser story was an example of asset protection works, a routinely undertaken activity in urban areas that 'greenies' far and wide readily accept as needed.
I think this debate against the greenies is in fact a witch hunt searching for the few who oppose fire outright. I suppose when we lose all our bush and have concrete the community would then starting witch hunting for the concrete jungle gorilla for someone to blame.
This debate tires me. It is dissapointing that the few (minority) have such a loud voice.
