Reality is that we are already moving beyond the middle toward concrete jungles. Take the new 'infrastructure' laws comming in for NSW for example.
Premier Reece: [words to the effect] "All the 'red tape' will be removed and we will streamline the process for commonwealth infrastructure funds to be put to work immediately" i.e. nothing will get in the way of everyones so eagerly awaited infrastructure - you know hte stuff that's going to save us all [sarcasm if you didn't hear it]
