    Its actually sand - but after some more research I think its probably a bit of a broker Pump'n Dump.
    Their target market looks to have potential massive oversupply (2Mtpa demand and with one deposit alone in WA having 50Mt of the correctly graded sand)
    The value of the commodity in market that has the actual shortages is a really low.
    Even a tripling of that price probably wouldn't cover processing and shipping costs.
