    can anyone please advise below.
    1. does SDL own the mines in both countries or only have the right to explore?
    2.if SDL don't get the mining permits from both countries, what will happen? and what is left for SDL? the right to continue explore or leave the country with empty hands.
    3. can Cam & Con govt issue the mining permits to HL or other company if SDL can't get the finance on time.
