HCL can terminate the license of Surda at any time. Production should commence November 2007, so isn't IRL actually behind schedule?

How much will HCL get of the 4,500t p.a. production?

What's the cost of operation? All the cost is on IRL and they have no right or interest in the site or plant.

If they fail to meet production targets IRL could face high penalities or loss of license.

What does it mean that IRL is a special purpose vehicle of Monarch?

Anyway, I was interested in investing in IRL but a few dark clouds over what looks to be a cheap stock.
