Ok i spoke to derm and the situation is this they require futher information from carbon energy re the ammendment to the enviromental application. This is by far not unusual as was told that on first ammendments to applications go that very rarly do things get approved first time around this was a general question in regard to every type of company. Further there is no time limit on this now as derm is extending the time for a response from carbon energy, this fits in with carbons news report update.
