    This is a tender process for an large external company/contractor to come in a provide major civil works...This is BIG. The scope of the works indicates a full-scale operation is about to unfold any time soon.

    Question is, is it Isabel or Jorge????...or maybe both????

    I guess that's for them to know and us to find out.... all in due course.
