Every cloud has a silver lining and the interminable delays in the project has resulted (High Court willing) in the government decision at a time when (1) there is no drought (2) no Alan Jones (3) high unemployment in regional QLD (4) state election due within six months. You could say there has never been a better time to get a mine approved in QLD. I wasn't a long term holder of NHC and bought in last year to speculate on the New Acland approval, but the more I look at the company the more I like it. Plus holding coal allows me to taunt my leftie friends *priceless*
