Ijh, I agree with you, but I have found the Oz approval and Tets Technology, linked and sitting together on the Australian site and the Patent in the US was lodged only at the end of June 21st, if I remember correctly................I am expecting all the information this month on the Approvals, trials..............in a Presentation, if it doesn,t come, I,m out.......I do not know the timeframes for lodgement of Medical devices only have found information on (Drug Patents) and they are given up to 35 days, more or less, so also have found another document on VCR trials 6 months ago, where certain trials were to finish on the 1/8/2007 but that was just from one hospital. If we don,t get any news this month I am cashing in my chips as I have other places to put it, I have waited long enough.
