Cheers greenhawk It is probably the best approach, you're doing a great job in following up on these issues with the people actually involved and trying to get both sides of the story in a forum that's easily polarized by posters with different agendas...
Historically most rumours surrounding FAR have proved to be just that and I expect this one to be the same however things do change and if Govt. approvals are involved nothing is absolutely certain ...
