Above is for the other topic. The lease of an oil drilling rig would in most circumstances be an operating lease and therefore nothing is recognised in the balance sheet even though there are contractual obligations - ie off balance sheet.
Diff - This could very well be one of those bought the company and not the interest type situations - AKA what is the deadline?
Makes me wonder if another company behind the scenes is trying to poach Diff farmin off FAR.
