Lived in the Marsfield--near Macquarie Shopping Centre/Macquarie University --area up unitl a year ago....

Now live in St Lucia/Toowong area--in Brisbane.

Lynch and Buffett are great aren't they.

Only thing to posssibly--?-- remember is that their (Buffett & Lynch)-- Stock Universe--- is the USA--slightly different to Australia's....--althogh their Principles are great and timeless.

Also, note Danlupi, you did not even raise an eyebrow re the Manged Fund that I am starting....!!

Re..... being conservative on the valuations--find this is... often.... good for a "sense of perspective"-- sometimes.
