    Yeah gotta agree Esteon,

The one that rang my bells was the AUT announcement 27/1/12 about the $200m debt raising "Aurora intends to use net proceeds from the proposed note offering to fund capital expenditures for development of its holdings in the Eagle Ford shale trend (together with other sources of liquidity) and for other general corporate purposes, including financing potential future acquisitions of oil and natural gas interests in its core areas."

Announcement 2/2/12 says it due to finish 8/2/12.

TXN olmos sale is delayed for reasons as yet unexplained, mgmt are looking at realising the value of the EFS.... maybe.... Its a close match.

Mind you the guy that runs AUT is meant to be a bit stubborn - but then again - apparently John Armstrong can be a bit of a cornered tiger when he has to.

I must admit despite the short comings in TXN's communications I do have faith in John Armstrong's ability to negotiate a deal that's in the shareholders interests & I think the structures of the recent option allocations reinforce that.
