Well, he showed good judgment not buying a share.
I suspect that he was only there on an interim basis to get the capital raising away. $200k might essentially be the "fee" for that - maybe that's cheap for probably harming his reputation with instos.
Expecting him to be responsible for day to day operations is unrealistic for a non executive with a City background. Blame Rosen.
Board changes are clearly afoot, so I wouldn't worry too much.
