We need to stay under the salary cap so a few of the ageing players need
to be let lose, but also we need a stronger player leadership group who know
to lead by example, be totally committed to the club and it's culture, and have the ability to bring the younger group along with them!

We need a consistent team ethic, with a timeline to achieve the ultimate premiership success within 24 months.
