    Wildcat well. Formations difficult to predict in advance. Bit selection difficult, probably using insert rock bits rather than PDC which will mean slower drilling. Also possible issues with keeping the hole straight = slower ROP. If there is any significant pore pressure will need higher mud weight = slower ROP. Formations at this depth are likely to be fairly hard and difficult to drill.
