ANZ has just started admitting that its disclosures re holding in shares acquired through Opes Prime are deliberately misleading.
It is selectively announcing sales either when the shares are sold or when those sales settle ( T+3 ) later, in what appears to be a disorganised way.
In relation to several companies I am somewhat interested in, it has stated that it hasn't sold shares yet, when it quite plainly has sold them.
