What makes you think ANZ hasnt sold any OPES shares in the last three days due to legal opinion?
Perhaps they are waiting for the stock to be recalled as they have lent it out before they can sell it. They cant sell other clients stock in the pool as its illegal.
As for the press saying that anz is the lender for Chimaera, the press has managed to get some good information on this matter in the past, not sure from where though ;)
