Hi All
I find a good site to find out about a company is tradingroom.com.au . It's free to become a member .
If you go to the homepage and click on Quates and Charts then put in the asx code you can find alot of info about a company .Just scroll the page down and on your left side are links to all these things.
Someone brought this to my attention on HC a couple of years ago .Found it very usefull to look up Course of sales ,amount of shares a company has and exercise price of options etc etc .....Hope this may help some people .
