A non-binding LOI announced and an opportunity for someone to offload shares as the sp drifts back down.

Strange that we are no clearer to any announcement on when ANZ Nominees shares were reduced by millions. Perhaps is this another incident where QUOTING Justice French: it simply did not seem to have occurred to them (sic: CMQ board) that this was a matter which required disclosure.
