I reckon the capital raising and the subsequent flood of extra shares onto the market has made it a bigger target for market manipulators.
Stocks with many on issue seem to to be heaps more exposed to the effects of shorting, ramping, etc.
Management could buy a few back until things settle down and tighten things up. I don't reckon they need as much cash as they have now anyway.
more shares equals more manipulation
