I agree.

I just don't understand why they haven't announced it yet.

Possibly the new investors want rail signed on the dot before they inject the capital.

Possible that rail is being held up while WN is hanging around.

At absolute minimum I want to see BRM directors buying shares on market. They need to be leading shareholders by example and showing the market that they have the confidence that they are running the company and are not running scared by WN's tactics.
