are morgans allowed to hint at a share placement prior to an official announcement? Surely to hint towards such a claim they would have been advised this is a meeting with IPD management. If this is the case, people who bought between the trading halt and morgans advice would have greatly benefited by bying shares prior to the record date and then selling into the market for a profit? placements are almost always discounted.
