Doubt it. They delayed guan Ming feng's departure by another day leaving only 5 days to get 4 ships out, they don't normally turn them around that quickly. on the delayed ship, other ships are moving in and out so I would say it is more production issues rather than tidal. Much like they stated in their last quarterly "it would be unrealistic not to caution that we are still likely to encounter minor issues and hiccups in the months ahead". I think that is a fancy way of saying expect us to miss more targets but there is a slim chance we will hit them.

Could be slower production because of a shut down for tie in works. Hard to say, time will tell all.
