Per the harbour masters report this month KML has 3 ships departed and one due out yesterday (12/8). This makes it 4 for the month. Michael Weir has previously said that the target is 3-4 per week. This is an indication that shipping is behind schedule for the month considering July had 5 ships out in the same equivalent time period and it only ended up sending 11 for the month.
