My comments on the article.

A good move. Should have been done years ago.

The issue re credit is non issue for me as internally customers already had joint credit lines - and these should only reviewed once the dust has settled.

Appears there is a further opportunity for PPX to decrease internal admin "back office" costs as still issuing invoices from 3 systems - so should reduce to 1 but there will be set up cost to make this happen.
