TH or anyone care to elaborate on the deal with Shandong. I get that this is cheap and they have alot of cash in the bank, but aren't they giving them 50% of the rights to good prospective tenements for spending a measley $3 million, plus the right to earn 51% of future rights from raising funds.

They have $4 million at bank already. Will this get FIRB approval, maybe I'm not across the detail very well or don't understand the reputation that Shandong has.
