not till it looks like there's a possibility the phils can get it together.
its a backwards country in so many areas. the company is hamstrung on what it can do or say because the phils are easily offended and selfishly stubborn in their stances.
i'm mainly referring to the corrupt bureaucracy.
the church is hell bent on keeping the country poor and uneducated. they had a bit to do with another company i owned going bust.
based on the project the sp should be 3x current level. there's a reason its not.
