I almost forgot to congratulate(?) Hanky Panky on his honesty last night when he commented that 'intervention is never off the table'. What kind of a time do we live in where those in charge don't even bother to try and hide from the world the fact that they intervene in supposedly 'free markets'. And no one seems to bat an eyelid?
