I wonder why it is so hard to accept that the AELB went through the submissions so quickly.
There is all this rambling about how can they read the 1000+ submissions and then decide on the TOL so quickly.
AELB have already explained this, that they read and weighed up the submissions as and when they came in...not all in one go.
