Initial rates are just that, they're hardly going to blow the hermes well opening it up flat out in the 1st 2 weeks.
What Hermes did was prove Hoffer is not only a damn good producer but that it just got BIGGER - MUCH bigger perhaps by a factor 3 or more.

Long life producers are exactly what sets AMU apart from most of the other small cap oilers in the US. AMU has 20 yr fields... the cost of hoffer is what .. I'm sure Pete L indicated it costs them $1300/day to run...

therefore the margin is.. WHAT?

Besides if Hermes runs as a producer the way Hoffer has.. why wouldn't yu drill 2 or 3 more wells (for another $4K/day production costs) to maximise your output.

No wonder this thing is so undervalued.
