Let's just put this into perspective.

You have a population of generally law abiding citizens who are aware of what rules the community puts in place.
A certain percentage say < 1% will not abide by the laws or rules of this society, it's a given happens all around the world, we know of it, we mitigate it (policing), we act on it (goal), there's no thought of discrimination because they are the criminal element.

Now lets introduce another level of criminal element (to our standards) that has no respect for our laws, our society, our way of life. This population is made up of 50% of people who will intentionally break the law maybe unwittingly in some cases.

The proportion of the criminal element has suddenly and dramatically increased. And that is what we are seeing it's not the proportion of criminal element spread throughout our society but a dumping of 'criminals' into one or two locals.

Essentially what they should do is to spread these people far and wide including the remotest parts of Aussie, once isolated they WILL toe the line because they have no external support when they go on a rampage of crime, and claim discrimination etc. they will be put into their place and become good law abiding Australian citizens (over time).

We're doing it all wrong because of the do-gooders. Your not doing anything good your only adding to the problems!
