re: mgx down to 67 not the case..
the condition stipulating sp above 71 was removed some weeks ago.
mgx have almost 20%.. no one else will get in the way of this.. ongoing too much at stake.. if azr had someone willing to pay more than mgx (which IS generous anyway) they'd be trotting them out.
mgx will get azr.. or azr sp will be 18c again.
