    There's been a serious spike in swine flu in the last week in the Ukraine, especially of fatal cases associated with D225G and D225N mutations. With the D225N being associated with tamiflu resistant mutation recently in france and these mutations making available vaccines ineffective, would make sense to use relenza as the drug of first choice.
