When everyone was suggesting asx listing rules of continuous disclosure, I begged to differ with a follow-up disclosure - when the SP was in the 30s and many were topping up, there were people selling them - when the Industrialisation agreement took a little longer to come to public eye many had written Unilife (Alan) off (hindsight anyone?) - when the Nasdaq listing occured many were (are) executing short positions YET US instos are now buying our company for chump change - ... etc. etc. etc.

Time will tell whether I am right or wrong but from the technicals and the correspondence to market via Alan and co. they have no other choice but to disclose something soon! - "inkling" will be taking me to the front row of the Knickerbockers this season; Spike I am coming for ya!! (lol)
