you could call it a ramp but there has been a big overhang on the stock which has held it down and a few big buyers and the stock takes off, you need to know who the buyers are before you assess whether its a ramp because if they are longer term holders of the stock then that stock won't return onto the market in a hurry, time will tell but I know of the recent buying at least 44 Mio ain't short term ramp.
