I happened to be watching closely, and when the 23c was taken out on open, 100,000 shares were reloaded at 23c offer. Then in a matter of a second or so the 23c was taken off and 55000 was purchased at 23.5c. Dummy offer? Interesting if the buyer put in buy 'at limit' or 'at market'.
