Hi OilyMan - unfortunately "Who really cares." is missing the point.

If you were one of the holders that sold on the assumption I would venture to say YOU would care!

What is actually important here is the ethics of what happened, and to say that ASIC are too busy to care and that there will be other deadlines missed is a nonsense.

The problem is NOT that fact the deadline was missed.

This is not the worst of what we have all seen done by some companies over time, but is is sadly indicative of either "unthinking" or "uncaring" and is certainly not in all holders best interest.
