I understand where your head is at and where are coming from OilyMan, however I am sure you agree that the often "toothless" tiger should be seen to be there protecting "our" interests as shareholders in general.

You will have no chance of making ANY money if anarchy reins on the ASX, and that is where we would get to if these minor infractions were not noted and dealt with appropriately.

Sadly a "head in the sand" apporoach has zero benefits long term and will in fact become a major problem for all.
