    Just a question not a criticism

    Is it a requirement for management/ directors to buy the stock for it to go up or succeed.


    Before you answer I understand the principle of directors buying - confidence, money where mouth is etc etc but just don't understand the logic of it being such a problem.

    On the other hand if they start dumping that is a whole different ball game.
