Hey Bassie, spot on 2 to 3 years ago I was looking in Leonay and the prices tipped 650K for 3 beadroom on the golf course, nothing flash, I asked the agent to keep in touch as the prices were over the top, nothing man, nothing for 2 yearrs. In the last 3 months I get an email update and sms every week, house prices in the area are just topping 500K
Feel sorry for the young couple who paid over 600K for the golf course property - HOOK LINE AN SINKER THANKS TO THE FHG.
Got another 60K to go in that suburb, then I may go back for a sticky-beak, other wise I will stay liquid and put few into my share portfolio.
