Your well put responses & reply was correct of-course, didnt change the fact that tax was payable on the CGT,
You are obvious ly in mainstream tax & etc, and, as you know there are plenty of "experts" around, partic geared propty fans...
I went on this HC site about a year ago,when it got past the tipping point i guess- in the hope of getting some practicle/alternative views on the plight of property- in terms of advice for those that will be the sad stats in this massive bubble pop- & foreclosure & debt unwinding... well i guess I/m a bit dissapointed really...
seems like just a lot of illinformed crap a lot of the time, mixed with the occaisional excellent post with great data, opinion thats real etc, some humour is good...but sometimes just seems like a Bull-Bear contest to see who can insult the best...
I see you'v been on it for 5 years...where's ya practice mate, n have you had much joy from the HC site in this time... cheers Les
