A bit of reality I will ask the Victorian bulls. Didn't Victoria have a mini boom all by itself in 2009. The rest of Australia was stalled and doing nothing but Victoria was off and running. I had a property in East Geelong valued at $230,000 six months later when went to Auction sold for $303,000. Now Victoria has come off boil big deal it goes in cycles. Sydney did nothing for years now it is starting to creep up. Whats the real story in Victoria.
